You spent three or four years learning to take a case properly. Somewhere in there, if you were lucky, was one afternoon on "setting up in practice." Then you qualified — and discovered that the afternoon was the whole business education you were going to get.
Roughly 23 in every 100 homeopathy graduates go on to practise actively. The other 77 aren't less gifted, less committed, or less well trained. They qualified into a gap.
How to set a fee from real numbers — or say it out loud to a stranger without flinching.
What to do when a client asks for a discount, or when the diary is full and the bank account still isn't.
It's a systems and support problem. It has straightforward solutions. It just needs someone to actually teach them.
Eighteen years in practice, registered with the Society of Homeopaths. She supervises newly qualified practitioners through the reality of charging properly for work you'd almost do for free.
Builds the operational spine of practices — pricing models, client journeys, the systems that turn a calling into a business that pays for itself.
We built HomeoSync because practitioners were drowning in admin. We built the school because fixing the admin didn't fix the fees.
Cohorts capped in single figures. You are in the room, not in an audience.
Every session is taught, not pre-recorded. You bring your actual numbers and actual clients.
You leave each session with something finished — a calculated fee, a written programme, a letter ready to send.
The workbook you build stays yours and stays private. We never read it.
We are not going to tell you to become a marketer, run funnels, or say things about your work that you don't believe.
Everything we teach has to survive one test: does it protect the quality of the consultation? A fee structure that lets you see fewer clients for longer passes. A tactic that turns you into a salesperson doesn't.
We teach what you can and can't say in public — properly, not as a footnote.
Charging confidently is not the same as claiming outcomes you can't evidence. Most practitioners have quietly confused the two.
Six weeks · Wednesdays from 2 September 2026 · 10 places
Construct a fee structure from your real running costs — no guessing.
Shape your first care programme so clients understand the journey from the start.
Practise stating your price without apologising for it — with someone else in the room.
This cohort is priced as a founding cohort — capped small and measured properly. If you'd rather wait until someone else has tested it, that's a completely reasonable position.
We'll ask you for six numbers before we start and the same six ninety days later. We'll publish what we find — anonymised and in aggregate — whichever way it goes.
Fees are the fastest thing to fix — and the thing that changes everything downstream. That's why we're starting there.
