Do I need HomeoSync to do the coaching?
Not for every plan. The Acute plan is HomeoSync only. Constitutional and Miasmatic include both the system and the coaching — and they're designed to work together. If you already have HomeoSync and want to add coaching, get in touch and we'll find the right fit.
What happens in the 1-2-1 sessions?
Each session is 60 minutes. Daria's focuses on your practice as a business — systems, pricing, automation, growth strategy. Günel's focuses on you as a practitioner — clinical confidence, case complexity, identity. Both sessions are specific to your practice; there's no generic script.
Is supervision only for newly qualified homeopaths?
Supervision with Günel is particularly valuable for newly qualified practitioners building their first cases. That said, it's available to any practitioner who wants case-based clinical support — whether you're in your first year or your tenth.
What's in the personalised practice growth plan?
After your sessions, we write a plan specific to you — covering your next steps in systems, strategy, and clinical development. It's a practical document you can act on, not a generic summary of the call.
Can I add supervision to a plan I've already purchased?
Yes. If you're on the Acute or Constitutional plan and want to add a supervision session with Günel, get in touch and we'll arrange it.
What does the 14 days of Telegram support look like?
After your Miasmatic sessions, you have 14 days of direct access to us via Telegram — for questions, decisions, quick checks, or anything that comes up as you start implementing. It's the follow-through that makes the difference.
Do I need to be technical to use HomeoSync?
No. HomeoSync is built on a platform designed for non-technical users. If you can use a Word document, you can use it. All setup guides are written in plain English, and every plan includes email support throughout the process.
What tools does it run on? Are there extra costs?
HomeoSync runs on a free platform tier. The AI features require an add-on of approximately £20/month. Google Calendar and Stripe are optional integrations — both free to connect. There are no hidden costs inside HomeoSync itself.
Is HomeoSync GDPR compliant?
HomeoSync is built with GDPR compliance in mind — including client consent tracking, health data handling structure, and ICO-ready frameworks. We recommend all practitioners review their own obligations and register with the ICO when handling client health data. HomeoSync makes that process significantly simpler.
I'm still training. Is it too early?
It's actually the ideal time. Practitioners who set up HomeoSync before they qualify hit the ground running — their intake process, consent framework, and client workflow are ready from day one. It's a genuine professional advantage from your very first placement.
What happens after I apply?
We'll be in touch within 48 hours to arrange a short call — usually 20–30 minutes. We'll ask a few questions about your practice, answer any questions you have, and confirm whether HomeoSync is the right fit. If it is, we'll agree a plan and get started.
