With over 7 years across operations, data, marketing, and process design, Daria has guided founders and growing businesses in streamlining their processes. Her consultancy, Decode&Grow, focused on stripping out operational drag and building robust foundations.

A Systemic and Human-Centred Approach

Daria's academic journey includes an MBA and postgraduate degrees in Digital Communication and Sociology & Philosophy. This unique blend empowers her to think in comprehensive systems while always designing solutions with the human experience at the forefront.

As a practicing homeopath, Günel is the clinical and empathetic core of HomeoTech. Her deep understanding of holistic practice directly informs every aspect of our system's design and functionality.

Extensive Clinical Training

Günel trained at the College of Homeopaths and Educators (CHE) in London and is a registered member of the Society of Homeopaths (RSHom). This rigorous background ensures our tools meet professional standards.

Depth in Holistic Approaches

Her practice integrates classical homeopathy, psychosomatic work using the Psy2.0 method, and Dr. Sehgal's School of Revolutionized Homeopathy, offering a broad perspective on client care and system requirements.

HomeoTech was born directly from Günel's firsthand frustration with existing practice management tools. She found them either too expensive, overly complicated, or fundamentally misaligned with the unique needs of homeopathic practitioners.
