Six weeks. Ten practitioners. One thing: getting your fees right — and being able to say them without your voice going up at the end.
Someone asks what you charge. There's a small gap before you reply — and in that gap you're doing something that has nothing to do with arithmetic.
You're guessing what they can afford. You're bracing for them to think it's a lot. You're already half-preparing the sentence where you explain why it's reasonable, offer to be flexible, or quietly make the number smaller.
Then you say a number — and it's usually the one your teacher charged, or the practitioner down the road, or one you picked in your first year and haven't touched since.
Meanwhile, the woman who came to you eighteen months ago now sleeps through the night. You charged her £65 and apologised for it.
That's the usual diagnosis — and it's why the usual advice ("believe in yourself," "own your worth") doesn't work. You can't affirm your way to a number.
Underpricing is what happens when nobody has ever handed you the arithmetic. If you don't know what your practice actually costs to run, you have no floor. Without a floor, every fee is a guess — and every guess feels arguable. So when someone pushes, you fold. Not because you're weak. Because you have nothing solid to stand on.
Give someone a number they calculated themselves and something shifts in how they say it out loud. The uncertainty drains away. The apology at the end disappears. That's what these six weeks do. We do the sums first — then we practise the sentence.
Each session is 90 minutes on Zoom. Teaching is recorded; practice and discussion are not — so you can fumble it in private.
Healer's guilt, community price anchoring, charging friends who became clients. We name the belief system running your pricing before we touch a single number.
Your clients don't buy sixty minutes. We map what genuinely changes for them — and where the line sits between value you can know and claims you're permitted to publish.
Cost floor, capacity ceiling, and the sum nobody does: how many clients you could afford to lose if you raised your fee by 30%. The answer is 23 in 100. Almost nobody loses that many.
Why per-session pricing traps you at your capacity ceiling — and how one care programme changes the shape of your practice economics. Built live together in HomeoSync.
The one that matters. You'll quote your new fee out loud, to real people, several times. You'll handle "can you do a discount?" and "I need to think about it." Not recorded.
The weekly thirty-minute routine that keeps you on top of it. Invoicing hygiene, Making Tax Digital, and where you stand. You leave with a written plan and dates on it.
Not insights. Not frameworks. Actual, usable outputs — ready the moment you finish Session 6.
Calculated from your own costs — the number you never go below again, regardless of who's asking.
Initial, follow-up, acute — priced so the numbers add up across an entire client journey, not just a single session.
Priced and published inside HomeoSync before the session ends. Not a template — your actual programme.
Written, refined, and sent during the course. Existing clients notified. Done.
For quoting, for discount requests, for the pause that opens up after you say the number and someone goes quiet.
Permanently yours, permanently private. Dates on every action — not a to-do list, a schedule.
You haven't seen a client yet. There's nothing to price. Come to the next cohort once you have a few cases behind you — email us and we'll tell you when it opens.
Sessions 4 and 6 are taught inside HomeoSync, and an Acute licence is included for the duration. If you use Jane, Cliniko, or something else, you'll still get everything from the course — but two sessions will be a demonstration rather than a live build. Worth knowing before you apply.

We mean both of them.
If it isn't for you, tell us within 24 hours of Session 2 and we refund you in full. No reason needed, no questions asked.
Attend at least five of the six sessions. Complete all six workbook parts. Send your fee-raise letter. Come to the Day-90 review. If your monthly practice income at Day 90 isn't higher than the baseline you gave us at the start, we refund the full fee.
The conditions aren't hoops to trip you. They are the course. Full wording in the Terms & Conditions.
We haven't run it before. That's why it's ten people, why it's priced as a founding cohort, and why the guarantee is written the way it is.
We'll ask you for six numbers before we start and the same six at Day 90 — fees, clients per week, monthly practice income. We'll publish what we find, anonymised and in aggregate, whichever direction it goes. Nothing identifiable without asking you first in writing, and you can say no without it affecting anything.
If you'd rather wait for someone else to go first, that's fair. We'll run it again.

You know what a consultation is worth. Saying the number is the hard part.
